Saints Football Pool Privacy Policy
Effective September 9, 2026This policy explains how the Saints Football Pool website and app use information provided by pool participants.
Information we use
When you create or use an account, we may use your name, email address, city and state, verified season square information, account identifier, profile picture or selected avatar, and information needed to operate site features such as Community posts and notifications.
Sign-in providers
You may sign in using supported account providers such as Google, Facebook, or email. If you choose Facebook Login, the site requests only the basic information needed for sign-in, including your public profile and email address when available. A Facebook profile picture may be used as your profile-picture fallback unless you upload your own photo.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, connect verified pool participants with their season squares, display profile information you choose to use, operate Community features, provide pool information and notifications, prevent abuse, and maintain the website.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers used to operate the site, including authentication, hosting, storage, and notification services. Information you intentionally post in Community may be visible to other signed-in pool participants.
Data retention and deletion
Account and pool-profile information is retained as needed to operate the pool and maintain season records. You may request deletion of your website account/profile data by following the Data Deletion Instructions. Pool records that must be retained for season administration may be separated from your website account where appropriate.
